A mixed bag of results this weekend, with plenty of promise going forward. Mens first grade broke the drought, while the womens under 21′s remained undefeated. Stay tuned for the upcoming weekends fixtures

The BRFC mens 1st grade dispatched Wests Illawarra 3-2 in the 2017 Fraternity Cup with goals to Zeyad Maarkani, Jackson Dummett and Anthony Vardareff. A great finish to the preseason leading into the upcoming District League opening round!

A trial match was also held in the Womens division one league played between Balgownie and Thirroul. Balgownie triumphed 3-0, showing off the results of a dedicated preseason training regime.
Goals went to Lisa Tolson (2) and Alicia Anderson. Coaches award for the match went to Ashley Michelle

The season is near, so its time to get the enviable grounds of Balgownie Rangers FC back to their full potential ready to host a full season of victories, and some high quality football!

If you have tradie training, or just are willing to help out then work will be going on all Saturday morning, beginning at 7am and continuing until Midday.

Afterwards, there will be drinks, and a feed put on for helpers up at Collies, so its win-win! Cya there

The season is nearly upon us, so training starts up again this week.
The 2017 pre-season for the District League 1sts, reserves, and youth teams begins tomorrow at 6.30pm at Judy Masters.
Training will continue every Tuesday and Thursday until further notice
