  • Dallas plays back to Daniel Vardareff who turns his man and finds Simpson on the edge of the box. Simpson has a go and the keeper doesnt get there in time. soccer_ball_small 1-0 Balgownie.
  • Bellambi play a cross in and it is met by an offensive head and deflects over AJ an into the Balgownie net. soccer_ball_small 1-1 Bellambi.

  • Waters makes a good run up the line and plays inside to Dan Vardareff who takes it along the byline and cuts back to an open Justin Nikolovski who slams it home. soccer_ball_small 2-1 Balgownie.
  • Simpson runs at the defence and plays a great ball through for Angus Lanyon who steps over the ball, fooling the keeper, and finishes calmly right at the death. soccer_ball_small 3-1 Balgownie.

Highlights

10′ North makes a good run down the sideline and crosses. The ball strikes a Kemblawarra player and turns in the direction of a looming J. Faulks. Faulks turns and shoot narrowly over the back post.

12′ Balgownie enjoy sustained presure and force Kemblawarra onto the back foot early on.

20′ Costabile makes a blistering run and controls a long ball with his chest. He tries a speculative lobbing volley which just misses the top corner.

21′ J. Faulks recieves a long ball inside the box. As the keeper charges out he slips over. JRF squares the ball to Al Costabile who calmly slides the ball into the net. soccer_ball_small 1-0 Balgownie.

25′ Kemblawarra catch Balgownie offguard as a free header off a corner goes wide.

29′ A penalty is awarded in Balgownie’s favour. Josh Faulks steps up and misses the penalty kick but the keeper parries the ball straight back into his path as Faulks follows the ball up and slams it into the net unceramoniously. soccer_ball_small 2-0 Balgownie.

32′ New signing Chris Todd hardly troubled by a Kemblawarra attack as a good cross is met by a mediocre header and the ball is safely held by him.

34′ Kemblawarra try a set piece free kick from 30 yards out and send a low driven shot into the post.

35′ Al Costabile shows great perserverance as he gets through 3 tackles in and around the area before rounding the keeper but his shot is stopped on the line by a defender but he cant clear the ball before Jeff North arrives to finish the easiest goal he will get all year. soccer_ball_small 3-0 Balgownie.

45′ Travis Faulks blitzes a Kemblawarra defender in a foot race before cutting in and hitting a shot just high from 25 yards out.

58′ Pablo Neira goes close when he shoots after Kemblawarra clear from a corner.
